The Cuddly Hollow is a pet care institute in Kapitolyo, Pasig — built by pet parents who couldn't find the kind of boarding and grooming they'd trust with their own animals.

We're pet parents first. And before we opened in December 2024, we kept running into the same problem: we couldn't find a place in Metro Manila we'd happily leave our own dogs and cats with for the weekend. Rough handlers. Cold rooms. Pets coming home stressed. Vague updates, or none at all.

 

So we built the place we wanted to send our own animals to.

 

A *hollow*, in the forest, is a den — tucked away, quiet, warm. That's what we wanted to make. Not a kennel. Not a resort. A small, careful place where every pet is greeted by name, watched over by people who love what they do, and sent home a little better than they came in.

 

We named it The Cuddly Hollow. We named our mascots Wan Wan and Nyan Nyan. We trained — and keep training — to PCCI and FCI standards. And we built our own gentle-handling methods because the ones we saw weren't enough.
